A Southlake resident since 1994, her children, Courtney and Jake, attend Carroll Senior High and Carroll High School respectively. Nicole recently received the distinguished honor of being named one of the 2010 Best Real Estate Agents in Dallas by DMagazine. She is a 1998 Leadership Southlake graduate and is a member of the Executive Board of the Southlake Chamber of Commerce. She has also served on various committees with the Chamber and Carroll ISD, and is a founding member of the Carroll ISD Leadership Academy for Supporting Success. In addition, she was recently appointed to State Representative Vicki Truitt's Appraisal Reform Task Force.
Nicole is a member of Fellowship Church, Womens Council of Realtors, Altrusa D/FW, and serves her community by actively supporting Children's Miracle Network, Battered Women's Foundation, My Own Place, Christmas is for Children, Susan G. Komen and other excellent causes.

History
A 5th generation Texan, Nicole is a life-long Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex resident. She graduated cum laude from Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth with a degree in Business Administration in 1988, and has extensive experience in sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical and real estate industries over the past 20 years.

Her team consists of two administrative assistants: Linda Pavona & Julie Speelhoffer.
